I will not engage with NASA contractors, subcontractors, or grantees in connection with work performed by those entities for NASA. Nor will I engage with parties to Space Act agreements, Commercial Launch Act agreements, or other agreements to which NASA is a party pursuant to specific statutory authority, if employment is in connection with work performed under the agreement.
