Envisionosity is a coaching practice grounded in curiosity, presence, and expansive growth.
It’s for individuals and teams who sense there’s
more clarity,
more alignment,
more possibility,
and are ready to build forward from who they’ve become.
Inspired by the natural rhythm found in the Fibonacci Sequence and the Golden Ratio, Envisionosity views growth as expansive and unfolding.
Each cycle building on the last, widening perspective, and creating new capacity for insight, design, and action.
This isn’t about returning. It’s about expanding, and moving forward with intention.
The Approach
The work unfolds through four interconnected movements:
Discover
We pause long enough to notice patterns, assumptions, and possibilities, building awareness without judgment.
Design
We shape insight into direction, exploring options, trade-offs, and intentional paths that fit your context.
Activate
We translate clarity into action—creating momentum through experimentation, practice, and movement.
[Re] Discover
We take stock of who you are now, shaped by what you’ve learned and what you’ve lived. From this new vantage point, we widen the lens, re-engage curiosity, and begin the process again with greater depth, perspective, and possibility.
This isn’t a loop. It’s an expansive spiral.
Each pass expanding what’s visible now, what’s available now, and what’s possible..
This work is for individuals and teams who are willing to slow down long enough to move forward with intention.

The Logo
A good logo starts a good conversation.
The logo for Envisionosity, LLC came to me one afternoon when I was looking to express my core aspiration to help others envision something tangible, design a path to get there, and tap into what they already possess to make it possible:

The “e” part of the logo is a blend of the lower-case “e” and a subtle hint of the golden ratio.
Just a creative way to pull together some of the overarching ideas behind Envisiφnosity. here

“Envision” means to imagine what your situation will be like in the future. One that you can almost touch and feel. One hat you intend to work towards.

“ɸ” [phi] known as the “golden ratio,” is abundantly exhibited in some of the most fascinating objects and breathtaking natural beauty known to us.
Along with its originator, the Greek architect, Phidias, many other artists, architects, musicians, mathematicians, and engineers have utilized phi in their creations.
As a symbol of elegance, Phi is positioned at the center of the logo to ensure these attributes stay representative of our coaching journey.

The suffix, “osity,” means “the quality or state of being.”
Positioned here implies the types of conversations that prompt high quality envisioning activated by mutual curiosity and exploration.
